Coach Dima is an amazing swim coach. He has been teaching my 2.5 year old son how to swim and my son is so excited for every lesson. Coach Dima is a personal trainer and a swimming coach. He develops physical conditioning, muscle strength and endurance with his clients. I am 25 years old and I was scared of the water. I couldn’t float. He helped me to relax in the water. After 8 lessons I can swim so confident from one side of the in the pool the another. He taught me frog style that improved my cardio endurance, muscle strength and muscle endurance. I spent a lot of calories by swimming with Coach Dima. He has good communication skills to make me feel comfortable in the water and taught me patiently in the water. I really recommend him to challenge your fear of water. He is the best coach ever 🙂 I will take more lesson to exercise professionally.
